Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for correctly shipped items that match the selected size.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Worn, customized, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
